I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Life Coach (CLC), specializing in Mental Wellness, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, 

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion practices. I am also certified as a Positive Parenting Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). My background working with adults, adolescents and groups in clinical settings has inspired me to help people transform their lives in a meaningful and thoughtful way. I truly enjoy making a difference in how people relate to themselves and the world around them, whether it is helping them learn ways to recognize and reduce thoughts that are holding them back, or teaching parents practical ways to calm their stress levels. A large part of my practice centers on the idea that every individual was born with inner balance and strength. Sometimes we lose sight of our vitality and need help getting back on track to reveal something authentic and magnificent within.

I am honored and grateful to have worked with these notable figures in the mindfulness field on retreats, trainings and seminars. Their books and teachings have inspired me to be the attentive and compassionate coach that I am today.
