Kim is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Life Coach (CLC), specializing in Mental Wellness, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques,

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion practices. She’s also certified as a Reconciliation of Traumatic Memories Coach, (RTM) and works with PTS clients, helping them re-program their association tied to traumatic memories. Additionally, Kim is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her background working with adults, adolescents and groups in clinical settings has inspired her to help people transform their lives in a personalized, meaningful way. She truly enjoys making a difference in how people relate to themselves and the world around them, whether it is helping them learn ways to recognize and reduce thoughts that hinder growth, or teaching parents ways to calm their stress levels. A large part of Kim’s practice centers around the idea that every individual was born with inner balance and strength. She’s guided by the belief that sometimes people lose sight of their vitality and need help getting back on track to reveal something true and magnificent within.

Kim is grateful to have worked with notable figures (below) in the mindfulness field on retreats, trainings and seminars. Their books and teachings have inspired her to become the caring and authentic practitioner that she is today.
